Just breathe

I’ve told myself this so many times. Tassie, just breathe. Calm down and think straight, take it all in. Get your words together. Calm down and talk to God about it. Don’t over think. Try your hardest not to cry for you. But cry to your father.

What in the world do you mean by this? There have been times in my life where I’ve found myself crying for me and what I was going through. Because it hurt, I was hurting. I was tired and exhausted. Unsure and confused about direction and girl just life! I would sit and allow the tears to fall while saying I’m tired. I couldn’t pinpoint just one thing. It was a lot of things.

Life comes with all these twists and turns. And sudden situations. Some of it will hit so hard that it’ll take your breath away. Don’t allow it. Just breathe. Let your tears fall in the lap of someone other than yourself that has the power to help and heal. These silent battles aren’t silent. They ring loud in the ears of God who loves you. You’re probably saying I’ve prayed, and nothing has happened. I already turned it over to God and yet still nothing. I totally understand this. But we base that on a feeling not a fact.

God has never been a God that turns a deaf ear to our pain. NEVER!!! HE SPECIALIZES IN HEALING THE BROKEN HEARTED, THE TIRED. THE WEIGHED DOWN. THE OVERLOOKED AND UNDER APPRECIATED ONES. AND SO MANY MORE. (Luke 4:18) ♡♡

Just breathe!!!! Inhale God’s truth and exhale your doubt. Just breathe you’re not going to be stuck like this.

This is just a moment. Inhale that! Just breathe God heard you before the tears formed. Just breathe, he’s working on you (inhale this) and he’s giving you the strength you need for this situation.

Just breathe (weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning) inhale this!!!! In due season love your going to reap, don’t give up, and don’t fall away. I’m sent to you today. To encourage you to just breathe!!!!
